Meet Adiel- Adiel, started with the team as a Runner, progressed into a supervisory role and then stepped up to become an Assistant Restaurant Manager. A couple of years and promotions later is now looking after the entire Melbourne area as our brand’s Area Manager!
Alternatively, you can follow the path of another staff member, Cara who started in Parramatta as a Runner, then was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager, then Restaurant Manager, and then ultimately was rewarded with a General Manager position at The Bavarian Rouse Hill! As one of the first Area Managers in our company, she eventually grew her position to run nine Bavarian venues across Western Sydney, Wollongong, and Tuggerah.
Careers can move quickly with The Bavarian! Take it from Sandra, who was a Runner in Munich Brauhaus, who eventually was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager. Sandra completed the Future General Manager program before receiving her first restaurant and is now the Food and Beverage Director of The Bavarian, as well as Munich Brauhaus and our Beerhaus brands.
